About this tool:
This tool was developed using a logistic regression model based on clinical data from a single-center cohort of 20,567 newborns. The model demonstrated good discrimination (AUC = 0.87) and calibration (Brier score = 0.028) in the validation cohort. With the inclusion of additional clinical data, the model will be continuously refined and updated to further enhance its predictive performance and clinical applicability.
